Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required when booking to officially reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.

Within 10 days of your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery with watermarked images to select your favorites (based on the number in your package). Once you’ve chosen, your final edited gallery will be delivered within 14 days (2 weeks),  making your total turnaround time about 3–4 weeks from your session date.

Your photos will be delivered in high quality resolution through a secure online gallery link sent by email.

 Yes! Travel is included within 50 total miles (round-trip) of my Northern Virginia base.

Weather can be unpredictable, but a little rain doesn’t always mean we have to cancel! Light rain or drizzle can make for fun rainy-day photos, so unless conditions are extreme or unsafe, we’ll still go ahead with your session. I’ll always keep an eye on the forecast and make the final call if the weather isn’t suitable. Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are only allowed for legitimate reasons such as illness, family emergency, or severe weather.
